Warm Coffee

 I heard a cardinal singing this morning, bright and clear

And a robin when I arrived to work

Do they huddle in their nest through winter?

The house sparrows started to twitter a month ago

Getting ready to leave Florida,

A crowd of robins hopped on the lawn just off Lake Howell Road

Big Ed said if he'd sit quietly, the dove would come rest on his shoulder

Like chasing God's will, if you just relax and do the next right thing, it will be known to you.
